Assistant artistic director and executive producer
Cibele Lima is a cultural producer and manager, with a degree in Cultural Production from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, and certification in Cultural Management from the São Paulo Municipal Department of Culture and the Integrated Center for Sustainable Development Studies and Programs (CIEDS). She completed an extension course in Culture as a Vector of Protection at PUC.
She coordinated the Living Culture Program at the São Paulo State Secretariat for Culture and Creative Economy, where she worked with public notices, bidding procedures and federal agreements, and was in charge of coordinating the network of state Culture Points with the Ministry of Culture. She was also a technical advisor in the Culture Promotion Unit, in the implementation of the Cultural Action Program (ProAC). Since 2021, she has been president and member of committees analyzing cultural projects, including ProAC Editais, ProAC Direto, Lei Aldir Blanc and Programa Cultura Viva.
She was the executive producer of Caixa Econômica Federal's FENAE Musical Talent Festival in Natal (RN), and has worked on theater productions such as the São Paulo International Theater Festival (MITsp), Luigi Pirandello's “Assim É (se lhe parece)” directed by Marco Antônio Pâmio at Teatro Itália, and Carlos Colabone's “Tempo de Viver” directed by Gonzaga Pedrosa at Centro Cultural São Paulo.He has also produced musical shows by Oswaldo Montenegro, such as “Filhos do Brasil”, “O Vale Encantado” and “Noturno” by Oficina dos Menestréis.
Among her other achievements is Sarau Papo de Mina, an LBTQIAPN+ collective dedicated to creating a space for artistic sharing and conversation circles.She also produced and directed the documentary “Liberdade de Expressão: Mulheres Periféricas” (Freedom of Expression: Peripheral Women), which was selected by the Programa de Valorização a Iniciativas Culturais (VAI) (Program for Valuing Cultural Initiatives) and shown at the Fábricas de Cultura (Culture Factories) in the city of São Paulo and at the Capital's Women's Penitentiary, for women who have left the prison system and are in prison.
She teaches workshops on preparing cultural projects for incentive and funding laws, and has worked on projects such as “Trilhas de Curta duração” (Short Duration Trails) for the Factories of Culture, “Lado a Lado: Projetos Culturais” (Side by Side: Cultural Projects) and “Mucambo Orisun” (Mucambo Orisun), which promotes culture in the periphery, among others.
She is currently a producer and assistant artistic director at Outra Margem, where she works on projects such as “!PULSA! Movimento Arte Insurgente” (co-organized with Olhares Instituto Cultural), and the exhibition ”Corpo-Mundo.Her most recent projects include the event “Língua Mãe” (Mother Tongue), as well as collaborating on various other artistic initiatives.
